This year's Featured Artist is Dennis Weber from Didsbury, Considered one of Canada's foremost Métis artists, Dennis grew up in Calgary and after a time in B.C., recently moved to Didsbury. ART SHOW HOURS: 10 am to 5 pm both Saturday and Sunday.

In addition, the Arts Society offers a comfortable space for two "Artist's Windows". This popular area sheds light on the artistic process, how artists make art. Each artist has an opportunity to schedule a time when the public can watch them practice their craft, opening a window into the lives of artists as they go about their work.

You can participate too! When you enter the gallery in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Didsbury Memorial Complex, you will be greeted by volunteers and artists, and given a "People's Choice" ballot. Walk around the exhibits, enjoy the beautiful pieces of art, then vote for your favourite.

Free Admission. Donations to the Mountain View Arts Society are graciously accepted.

Want to buy something at the show? The Arts Society accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, Debit, and personal cheques with two pieces of identification. 100% of any art sales go directly to the individual artist(s).
