Join Mountain View Emergency Shelter Society and Didsbury Neighborhood Place to learn ways in which you can develop boundaries, strengthen existing boundaries, understand why they are so important and how they can help you with your current relationships.
This FREE Boundaries Program will cover the following topics over the course of six weeks, two hour sessions on Thursday evenings from January 19th till February 23rd.
