Do you find it hard to say no? Do you feel that others don't show you respect? Or do you feel like you you go out of your way to please others?

According to Statistics Canada, in 2021 there were 127,082 victims of police-reported family violence (violence committed by spouses, parents, children, siblings and extended family members) in 2021. This marked the fifth consecutive year of increase.Join Mountain View Emergency Shelter Society and Didsbury Neighborhood Place to learn ways in which you can develop boundaries, strengthen existing boundaries, understand why they are so important and how they can help you with your current relationships.

This FREE Boundaries Program will cover the following topics over the course of six weeks, two hour sessions on Thursday evenings from January 19th till February 23rd.

- Introduction to Boundaries
- Where Do Boundaries Come From?
- Types of Boundaries
- Understanding and Setting Boundaries
- Overcoming Boundary Challenges
