|Is your child over 11 years of age and ready to start babysitting? Boys and girls between 11 and 15 years of age can become certified babysitters with the Red Cross Babysitting Course in Didsbury.|
Red Cross Babysitter courses cover the responsibilities of a babysitter. It includes basic first aid and caregiving skills. Participants learn how to provide care to younger children in a variety of age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies.
The course also offers youth how to promote themselves as a babysitter to prospective parents.

The course will be held on Friday, October 26th. It is 8 hours long, from 8 am - 4 pm. Cost is $55. A lunch and doll will be needed.
