Help us create a timeless piece of tradition by submitting your traditional family recipe and story for our Canada 150 Cookbook. In honour of Canada 150, the group is looking for 150 traditional family recipes to share with the community. These recipes will be published into a special Canada 150 Cookbook as part of Didsbury's Canada 150 Program.

What is needed:

* A background story. Who started this tradition? When do you make this recipe and why is it special?

Please keep your stories 100 words or less.
