The Better Business Bureau promotes truth in advertising and selling, elevates the ethical standards of business and conducts and mediates business-consumer problems. The objective of the CVITP is to help eligible individuals who are not able to prepare their income tax and benefit returns by themselves. A collaboration between the Canada Revenue Agency and community organizations. The organizations host tax preparation clinics and arrange for volunteers to prepare tax returns for individuals who have low income and a simple tax situation.
