This PCN encompasses almost 30 Family Physician members and serves over 20,000 patients. Our goal is to provide comprehensive primary care, specifically in the areas of Chronic Disease Management, Women and Infant Health, Mental Health, and Social Work Services and Prevention. Referrals to our team are made through your Family Physician.

Are you expecting? The Olds Community Health Centre offers a set of two classes, five times a year that cover information from late pregnancy and birth experience to caring for you and your newborn baby. Content includes: late pregnancy and the onset of labour, relaxation, progress of labour, coping strategies, comfort measures, labour support, complications and variations, medical options, caesarian birth, infant feeding, advantages and challenges of breastfeeding and getting started for success. Newborn behaviour and care, adapting to parenthood, car seats, and other safety concerns are also addressed.
