The Olds & Area Good Food Club is a food buying club in which you receive a box of fresh fruits and vegetables once per month at a lower cost than most grocery stores, but which also works with local grocers to purchase items. Annual membership fees are only $5 if you volunteer for 8 hours. Once per month you place an order for your box and on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, it will be available for pick up at the Olds Nazarene Church. Small boxes are $10 and large are $20.

The Olds & District Christmas Angels Society provides Christmas food and toy hampers to families in the Olds area. Each hamper contains food for a traditional Christmas dinner, toys for the children (0 - 17) with extra non-perishable food items available. Donation boxes for food, toys and cash are placed at local businesses, banks and the Town of Olds Office mid-November. The society is a registered non-profit organization. Owned and operated by the Town of Olds, the Olds Aquatic Centre features a 25-metre lane pool, a waterslide, 0 depth to 1m deep tot pool, a whirlpool and multi-purpose room. Olds Career High School is a fully accredited public high school dedicated to helping learners of all ages in an alternative school environment. Adult learners are welcome to upgrade or earn their high school diploma. Students are able to engage in an education program uniquely tailored to their individual needs, as they work towards achieving their educational goals. Support is offered from certified teachers working on campus. Students may attend the high school very day, but are also free to pursue their studies away from the school. Career and post-secondary counseling is also available for all students.
Off Campus Learning Centre is a fully accredited public elementary and junior high school operating as a facilitated home based learning opportunity. In this program, teachers supply materials, tutor, evaluate, and assist with planning, organization, and time management. Parents are encouraged to work in partnership with the school staff to provide a sound education environment for their children.

The Olds Minor Hockey Association endeavors to promote and organize Minor Hockey in the community.
