NFP organization that specializes in teaching Equestrian Vaulting. This sport combines dance and gymnastics skills to be performed on horses. The club offers lessons to beginners (starting at 5 years old) up to international level. The club provides all trained vaulting horses for the lessons, and no previous experience with horses, gymnastics, or dance is necessary before starting. Meals on Wheels is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization designed to assist elderly or disabled people to remain in their homes as long as possible, while maintaining proper nutrition. The drivers not only deliver food but also provide the client with an outside contact for five days a week. Meals on Wheels is also designed to assist persons on discharge from the hospital during a convalescent period. Meals are prepared at the hospital so special diets can be accommodated. Meals are delivered by volunteers Monday to Friday at 4.30 pm. Clients are charged a price, set by the hospital, and meal tickets are sold at the beginning of the month. Volunteer drivers are always welcome.

Melvin Hall is a small community hall west of Didsbury, Alberta with a goal of becoming a thriving hall once again. The hall boasts a beautiful dance floor suitable for all types of gatherings - dancing, playing, meetings - endless opportunities. The hall was built in 1936 and went dormant for a number of years after 2002. In 2012, the hall applied for new society status and has been revitalized. The idea of forming a model railroad club was presented to model railroaders and a location was secured in the Didsbury Museum. The Club has their working model on display there and it's getting bigger and better all the time. Club members built walls to define their space and developed a basic track plan which would incorporate a portion of Didsbury facing the railway's right-of-way. See pictures on their website. They also host a Train Show in February at Olds College.

Mountain View Senior’s Housing is a non-profit registered charitable organization providing assistance to seniors through lodges and self-contained apartments in Mountain View County. MVSH also operates several community housing units throughout the county for low-income families who require subsidized housing assistance. In the communities of Olds, Didsbury, Sundre, and Carstairs. Rent is based on 30% of total income. MVSH is responsible for heat, water, and sewer. Security deposit is equal to first month's rent.

MusiCreations Orff Studio offers exciting music programs for fun and learning. Group classes include singing, movement, xylophones and percussion instruments in an encouraging environment that is respectful of everyone’s talents and abilities. Classes run from September to April for infants, pre-schoolers, children, teens, home schooled children and special needs adults. Afternoon and evening classes are available for adults and seniors. Operated by Lorrie Lipski, certified teacher and music specialist with Level III Orff qualification and extensive vocal, choral and teaching experience.
